1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on pavi88, accessing the Platform, or placing any Wager, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pavi88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. Any Wager placed through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, will be treated as valid and binding on your Account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on pavi88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. pavi88 does not charge Members any fee for standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your identity has been successfully verified in accordance with pavi88's KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures;
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus credits have been fully satisfied;
• Withdrawals will be processed to a payment method you have previously used to fund your Account;
• pavi88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal request.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pavi88 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements set out in each individual promotion. General bonus conditions applicable to all pavi88 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to Members who meet the stated eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, game type restrictions, and time limitations;
• Bonus funds must typically be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn;
• pavi88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;

7. Game Rules & Bet Settlement

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other system to interact with the pavi88 Platform in a manner not sanctioned by pavi88;
• Collusion with other Members, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or matched betting designed to exploit promotional structures;
• Attempting to launder money or use the pavi88 Platform for any unlawful financial purpose;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour towards pavi88 staff or other Members;
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or technical vulnerability for financial gain.

9. Responsible Gaming

pavi88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Members. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by Members at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour review period.
• Session Reminders: Members may configure alerts that notify them of total session duration at set intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term account access restrictions of 24 hours to 30 days may be activated from Account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request account self-exclusion for periods of 30 days to 12 months. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are also accepted. During any self-exclusion period, pavi88 will endeavour to prevent re-registration but cannot guarantee prevention of access through circumvention.

pavi88 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and third-party infrastructure issues may cause temporary unavailability. pavi88 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

pavi88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct;
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement;
• Member request for self-exclusion or Account closure.

In the event of Account closure not arising from a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.

13. Amendments to These Terms
